I just finished the chicken, now I have to put it together. I used the recommended color of dinky dyes, but used white fabric. Can't wait to get my chicken together!
Angela and Drew got married in august, and so i decided they needed a first married ornament. Maybe i will keep up the tradition. i got this pattern out of the christmas ornaments magazine that was just released this year.
I love this sampler. This is the picture they have on their website but my sampler looks the same. I fell in love with this patten. It hangs on my wall in the living room.
I got this pattern from The Gift of Stitching magazine. I have to get it framed. Have never been a fan of blues but i loved the white with it on another blog.
I love the altoid tins i have seen in cross stitch. I guess they would be called altered tins. :0) I created this one myself by marking the back of the fabric and taking little designs from a few different pieces of patterns. I lined the inside with a piece of felt. I still need to make a pin pop out for it. I have about 10 more tins I want to cover.
I am working on the carnation sampler from one of my yahoo groups. I am on the last page and can't wait to finish. The lugana linen is pale yellow and i am using DMCvariegated.
I am addicted to crafts of any type. I knit, cross stitch, quilt and will try just about any type of crafty thing at least once. I'm married and have 2 grown children. I am currently working on a quaker carnation sampler and about 4 other samplers also.
